Trauma Touch Therapy ™

Service Description

Trauma Touch Therapy is a gentle, unhurried process designed to facilitate the gradual release of tension, buried traumas, and pent-up emotions. Together, the therapist and client co-create a safe and nurturing environment where trust can develop, the body’s needs are recognized and honored, and healthy boundaries are established. This therapy is particularly beneficial for those who have experienced trauma of any kind. Trauma often leaves behind a lasting impact, including a sense of loss, hypervigilance, and a disconnection between mind and body. These effects may manifest as a diminished sense of self, trust, or belonging, as well as feelings of worthlessness, powerlessness, or an inability to set personal boundaries. Together, they identify the body’s deeper needs and work toward reintegration, self-trust, and the restoration of what may have been lost due to trauma. The ultimate goal of Trauma Touch Therapy is to empower the client, bridge the connection between body and mind, and uncover the potential for growth and transformation hidden within the wound. This is for you if: -You seek to heal and overcome the effects of trauma, regardless of its magnitude. -You desire a safe, supportive environment to process your experiences and rebuild trust in yourself and others. -You are ready to explore the mind-body connection and restore a sense of wholeness and resilience.
