Designed to support regulation, connection, and a greater sense of safety within your nervous system, the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) Journey uses evidence-based listening therapy to help calm the body and mind. This powerful approach, developed by Dr. Stephen Porges and rooted in Polyvagal Theory, uses specially filtered music to gently stimulate the vagus nerve, helping your nervous system shift from states of stress and survival to states of calm and social engagement.
Each 60-minute session provides space for you to reconnect with your body, restore emotional balance, and reestablish a felt sense of safety. The process is deeply supportive for those who experience anxiety, overwhelm, sensory sensitivity, trauma-related responses, or challenges with emotional regulation. Together, we’ll integrate SSP listening sessions with grounding and somatic techniques to enhance your sense of calm and connection—within yourself and with the world around you.
